Initiatives, Inc. provides support services to the underserved and special needs populations in the Greater Baltimore area, and beyond.
The founders of Initiatives, Mr. John Bugg and Mr. Thomas Hardnett chose the name of the organization based on the plethora of problems plaguing our local communities. Mr. Bugg and Mr. Hardnett concluded that new, action-based initiatives should be created to provide solutions.
Our focus includes Workforce Development Solutions, Staffing Services, Veterans and Low Income Housing, Fatherhood Initiatives, IEP Support and Development, Displaced Worker Solutions, Youth Employment, Subsidized Employment, and Job Readiness.
